Disappointed

I’m paying six months for this subscription still haven’t received anything. Others in my town did. No answers on mails and messeges. I also don’t think they can bring out another 5 magazines til end of the year. This customer service is joke

Still haven’t received the newest issue of Slack. Was told that it maybe got lost in the mail and that they would send another, but I still haven’t gotten anything. I would like to continue to subscribe but only if I actually get what I’m paying for.
